Wedding Photography Packages
Our policy is to have straight forward pricing, with a set of packages suitable for a variety of weddings. We also have the flexibility to create a bespoke package just for you if required.
We include a full set of edited high resolution image files (for personal use, Facebook etc.) with each wedding package. The amount of images produced will vary for many reasons, but we’ve tried to provide a rough guide.
Smaller Weddings
If your wedding is a more intimate occasion, we’d love to capture it for you in our unobtrusive style. Our own wedding at the Malmaison, Liverpool, was like this, with just our close family and friends. So we know that having a smaller wedding does not mean you don’t want great photographs.
Pricing and options can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget, so please get in touch for more information. High resolution image files are included, and video options are also available.
Essential Photography Package (1 Photographer)
This is a flexible package designed to be affordable and cover the most important parts of the day. The core package includes coverage from guests arriving before the ceremony, up until the bride and groom’s entrance at the start of the wedding breakfast. We will usually supply around 200 to 300 images with this package. A preview selection of at least 60 images will be edited and sent to you (via internet download) the same day. The remaining images are edited after the wedding and usually available about 4 weeks later.
The price for the core Essential Photography Package is £600. You can extend the package to include getting ready coverage (£100), Speeches (£100) or Speeches + 1st Dance/Evening (£300). Other options include a Presentation USB stick with Presentation Box and 50 prints (£100), or wedding album (starting at £250).
Drone photography is included in this package (weather, legal and technical issues permitting).
Full Day Package (1 Photographer)
Most of our couples want to have photography coverage from from bride preparations through to and beyond the first dance. We will capture your wedding in a stress free unobtrusive way that really captures the story of your day. We will usually supply around 300 to 400 images with this package. During the day we will edit a selection of at least 60 images and provide these on USB stick before we go. The remaining images are edited after the wedding and usually available about 4 weeks later.
Pricing for full day coverage is £1000, adding a Presentation USB stick with Presentation Box and 50 prints takes the price £1100, or with a 30 page album suitable for 120 images is £1450.
Drone photography is included in this package (weather, legal and technical issues permitting).
Fusion Photo Package (2 Photographers)
We started offering our Photo Fusion package in 2017, and it has rapidly become a really popular option. It’s a really unique combination of photography, with a small amount of video, and we don’t think any other UK photographers offer a similar experience. The price of this option is £1500.
We work together as a team of two on the day, so we can cover both bride and groom preparations. During the ceremony, however, Stuart will film the proceedings in HD (4k option available). Later on, he will edit a selection of images (typically 60+) and combine them with video footage from the ceremony to create what we call a Fusion Film. Later in the evening we’ll show the film on our big screen and PA system. It makes a great start to the evening party. After watching the film, your guests will be gathered around the dance floor perfectly set for your first dance to follow soon after.
As well as seeing the film on the day, we’ll also provide a USB stick for you to take away, so you can watch again the next day. This will also include the 60+ still image files (some will have been used in the film, but there will be several others as well. This gives you a nice little sample of your wedding photographs which you can enjoy straight away, and use for printing thank-you cards etc. After the wedding we’ll edit the rest of the images, so you will typically receive 400-500 edited pictures altogether.

Options include having full length videos of the ceremony, speeches and/or 1st dance edited and supplied on USB stick after the wedding (£100/£150/£100 respectively).

Pre-Wedding Shoots
Pre-wedding shoots are a great opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to have some stress and time-pressure free practice at being photographed. Added to that, we’ll produce typically 30+ images for you that you can use and share. We charge £200 which also includes a signature frame so that your guests can leave message.
Video Streaming
It’s often the case that some of your wedding guests may be unable to attend due to health reasons, or simply that they live too far away to make the journey. We can now offer a streaming option which can cover the ceremony and/or speeches. We use a professional camera with a super-wide lens and high quality shotgun microphone to film the proceedings and transmit via Zoom. Before the wedding we will set up the Zoom call and provide you with login details to forward to anybody you would like to be able to watch. Prices start at £300 and there is also the option for a recording of the Ceremony or Speeches to be provided.
