Getting Married at the Park – Liverpool

We had a lovely day yesterday (despite the weather) with Natalie and Joe for the wedding at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Aintree and The Park. We didn’t spend much time outdoors due to the near constant rain, but the wedding had such a lovely relaxed atmosphere so we were able to get plenty of candid shots to capture the day.

Bride and Groom Getting Ready

Stuart started with Joe at the hotel while Sarah captured Natalie and the girls getting ready at home. With the Fusion Package we usually start in 2 different locations to capture the day from both the bride and groom’s point of view.

Getting Hitched at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Liverpool

It was really windy, cold and pretty wet when the girls arrived outside the church. That didn’t get anybody down though.

Natalie and Joe chose to get married at the Blessed Sacrament. Like many Liverpool churches, this one looks relatively plain on the outside. The inside, however is absolutely gorgious.

The wedding Reception at The Park

Since being refurbished a couple of years ago, The Park is now a great venue for weddings. This is especially true when the weather isn’t too nice, as the inside of the hotel is definately it’s main strength. It’s been refurbished to very high standards, and the function rooms are excellent and very spacious.

There is a reason why Natalie was drinking Champaigne from a baby bottle, honest!

The Evening Reception and Fusion Film

After the speeches and meal, the evening reception began in the Aintree Suite at The Park. We kicked things off by playing the Fusion film (see above) on our 90 inch projection screen and PA system. After that, and cutting the cake, Natalie and Joe began the celebrations with their 1st dance.
