The Hope Street hotel is one of our favourite venues in Liverpool, a sophisticated high end hotel in a fantastic location, with amazing views from the ceremony room. We had previously photographed Elise & Leon’s wedding at the hotel, and it was lovely to be back there for Eve & Daniel’s big day.
As well as photographing the wedding, we also produced a Same Day Edit film which was presented in the evening before the first dance:
Deniels family own the Dutch Flower Shop in Liverpool (a fantastic place to get your wedding flowers by the way) and when we arrived there were 2 whole vans full of flowers being delivered and arranged.
The ceremony room is up on the 6th floor so the views over the city and beyond to the Wirral and North Wales are spectacular.
As you would expect, there were beautiful flower arrangements everywhere you looked at Eve & Dan’s wedding.
Elsewhere in the hotel, Eve and the girls were busy getting ready.
Dan and the other wedding guests were relaxing downstairs and having a drink in the stylish bar area.
After the lovely family focussed ceremony, the happy couple and their guests headed down to the basement for drinks.
The Philharmonic Hall makes a great setting for group photos, but I was almost run over by the Magical Mystery Tour bus taking this one.
After photos, everyone headed back up to the ceremony room which had been turned round ready for the meal. There’s this fantastic balcony up there:
After the meal, we took Daniel & Eve out for 5 minutes for some evening shots.
